You need to set goals, and not just any goals, you need to set smart goals, which are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
After setting your long term goal, you need to breakdown it down into steps that you can commit to ticking off daily. This will make you feel good about yourself each day, because daily you are working towards your goals.
