Attitudes of minds are shifting and will continue as the universe revamps into its element.
What older generations have been through, their struggles, their fight, their beliefs, and their mosaics have all been passed down to us both practically and spiritually. The memory still lingers, the feeling so substantial that it turns the mind into an epicentre of battling trauma. Reality has understood that we are metamorphosing for the better.
The most significant discovery in my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by changing their attitudes of mind. —William James, in the book, The Body Keeps the Score.
One of the most compelling discoveries is that young souls strive to be aware, authentic, conscious and whole – in an atmosphere of systemic selfishness where expectations to be great are unleashed in spaces where greatness was an unattainable level of perfection. Attitudes of tranquillity and hope to be who we want to chant us towards divine sensitivity, so visionary it waters the personal conviction full potential craves.
An attitude anchored in one element: is this generation’s search for truth. Gen Zers value individual expression. We mobilize ourselves for a cause greater than our uniqueness. We believe in the efficacy of dialogue to solve conflicts and improve the world. There must be understanding and not just mere understanding but in-depth truth of what lies underneath for there to be conscience. In my observation Gen -Zers make decisions and relate to institutions in a highly analytical and pragmatic way. That is why Gen Z is “A Real and Value Generation.”.
Gen Zers define themselves not by one stereotype but rather one where individuals can experiment with different ways of being themselves, redefining and shaping their identities as they grow. We are comfortable not having only one way to be ourselves. Our search for authenticity generates greater freedom of expression and greater openness to understanding different kinds of people. Something our generation is teaching!
The interjection lies in the understanding of greatness, and greatness lies in authenticity and a vision of openness.
