The sages of Africa in the days gone by once taught that “Your food is supposed to be your medicine and your medicine is supposed to be your food.”
A sound physical health is to be cherished. Love yourself enough to meticulously examine everything you ingest. Pay keen attention to FSS – fat, sugar, and salt intake. This FSS is my personal guiding star in ensuring ideal body mass, idyllic blood pressure and a blissful feeling.
Africa still benefits a great deal from the availability of whole organic foods. Watch your diet so you can moderate your calorie intake, ensure proper excretion to eliminate toxins and consequently stay vibrant in body. It is the means to a vibrant creative mind – something that Africa needs the most.
A creative mind is a mind with a vision. The good book says without vision the people perish. To keep our vision for a prosperous Africa going, let us pursue healthy living and creativity.
