In a strategic move to bolster its commitment to customer satisfaction, Airtel Kenya has inaugurated a new Airtel Shop in Meru town, underscoring the telecommunications company’s dedication to advancing convenience for its clientele.

The newly unveiled facility, situated at Greenwood City Mall in Meru town, marks a noteworthy addition to Airtel’s extensive network of customer care shops, now totaling 66 establishments across 39 counties in Kenya. Complementing this network are over 2000 Airtel outlets strategically positioned to serve customers nationwide.

During the inauguration ceremony, Airtel Kenya’s Managing Director, Mr. Ashish Malhotra, expressed his enthusiasm, emphasizing the company’s unwavering commitment to enhancing customer experiences.

“Customer experience is a core focus for our business, and in everything we do, we have to ensure we create memorable experiences across our products and services portfolio. It is for this reason that we shall continue to invest in expanding our service footprint through our Airtel customer care outlets across the country,” Mr. Malhotra stated

The newly established Airtel Shop in Meru is poised to provide a comprehensive range of services and products tailored to meet the diverse needs of Airtel consumers within Meru County and its surroundings.

Operating from 9 am to 6 pm on Mondays through Saturdays, and from 11 am to 5 pm on Sundays, the Meru shop aims to accommodate the schedules of a wide array of customers.

Airtel customers visiting the Meru shop can avail themselves of an array of services, including SIM card acquisition, postpaid premier products, Airtel Money services, purchase of data devices such as pocket MiFi and routers, and a diverse selection of mobile handsets. The shop is also geared to provide personalized assistance for product inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

This strategic expansion in Meru comes on the heels of Airtel Kenya’s innovative introduction of the ‘Airtel Customer Care on Wheels’ bus in Kisumu six months ago. This mobile service unit was launched to deliver personalized assistance directly to customers in the Western region, further highlighting Airtel’s commitment to extending its reach and enhancing accessibility for its valued clientele.
